The Goal

We love helping those that help others. That's one reason why were so excited when we got to team up with SA Hope Center. SA Hope Center, previously called San Antonio Christ Hope Resource Center or CHRC, had a mission to help the needy in San Antonio, but they needed to be unified to make the most impact. They came to us and together we found the path to a better and stronger brand.

The Challenge:

“Hope Center? The Center for Christian’s Hope? CRCH?” These were the types of questions the SA Hope team was hearing on a regular basis – confusion over their name, what they did, and how they were different from other Resource Centers in the area. We had to find a way to build their reputation, allow the community to see how they could help in special and unique ways.

OUR STRATEGY

A few days of strategy sessions led to break throughs for the SA Hope team. They walked away feeling that unity that they had longed for, plus a fresh identity and strategy to begin following. Once they’d chosen their logo, it was time for their old website to be revived. Vibrant, full of information, pictures, and resources, their site now not only serves their key participant, someone in need, but also appeals to their key customer, a business owner willing to help a good cause.
