By the end of a ten-hour marathon strategy session, together we crafted their vision:
Eliminate the traditional IT organization. The team embraced their new strategy, saw a zestful shift in the culture, loved the new colors and logo, and have since enjoyed success in the industry… perhaps putting an end to traditional IT as we know it!
