The Goal

After decades in the water treatment industry and with a mission to truly help people with his products, Allen Townsend started Alamo Water Softeners in 2009. Finally, he had a business he could be proud of and a way to build a legacy for his family and children. A few years after Allen passed, the family wanted to pay tribute to his legacy by further improving the great brand Allen had worked so hard to build. That's where Rojo 032 came in.

The Challenge:

WS is a well-known, established water treatment company in the San Antonio area. As a team, we had to find the right balance in this brand renovation – keep Allen’s legacy alive and intact while giving the brand a bright and new way to move forward.

OUR STRATEGY

We did this by creating a visually compelling logo, with bright colors and a fresh style. Along with this we gave the family business a new sense of unity and direction as they navigated business without their great leader through our brand strategy process. This allowed them to align with each other and narrow their goals. The AWS team was so excited to move forward with a fresh look and perspective. Soon this spilled over into the rest of their business’ identity – company vehicles, social media, stationery, collateral material etc.
