In 2024, SA Hope Center completed its expansion — a major leap forward in their mission to walk alongside families and help break cycles of poverty through practical, wraparound support.
But with that physical growth came a question:
Would the new facility feel as human and healing as the people inside it?
Rojo032 was brought in to ensure the answer was yes — through a full branded environment that would reflect the heart of the mission without a single word needing to be spoken.

A Donor Wall shaped like SA Hope Center’s signature heart. Built with layered typography and dimensional panels, it honors the generosity that made the space possible — not just with gratitude, but with beauty.

The check-in area is approachable and bilingual. The colors are both warm and branded. And the design quietly leads people from confusion to confidence.

  • The H-E-B Children’s Center — designed for safety, joy, and trust.
  • Conference & Multipurpose Rooms — versatile and mission-aligned.
  • The Mercadito & Boutique — dignified retail-style zones for families receiving food and clothing.
  • Timeline Wall — a chronological celebration of SA Hope Center’s journey, vision, and answered prayers.

The first of its kind in Bexar County, Mercadito allows the head-of-household to walk-through and shop (for free) the items that best fit their family size and nutritional needs.
