Every package begins with a Strategic Diagnosis to understand your organization, uncover key challenges and opportunities, and establish a foundation for the work ahead.
Level of involvement. Momentum provides periodic strategic oversight, while Partnership and Partnership+ include direct, hands-on collaboration with leadership and teams.
Integrated Rojo032 services. Includes selected creative services such as branding, graphic design, marketing collateral, branded environments, website design and development, and related digital services, within an agreed scope. Physical production costs, including printing, fabrication, and installation, are not included and would be quoted separately.

We begin with in-depth, one-on-one leadership interviews to understand different perspectives, uncover challenges and opportunities, and identify what matters most. Through facilitated strategic conversations, we help the leadership team establish clarity, align priorities, and sharpen organizational focus. Together, we translate these insights into clear strategic objectives and a visual Strategy Map that provides a shared direction for the organization.

Building on everything included in Clarity, we work with leadership to turn the strategy into an actionable plan. Through collaborative working sessions, we establish meaningful KPIs, define the strategic initiatives needed to achieve the objectives, assign clear ownership, and develop an accountability structure. The result is a practical execution framework that gives the organization the tools, responsibilities, and processes needed to move its strategy forward.

We provide ongoing strategic oversight through monthly meetings with the CEO and quarterly reviews with the leadership team. Together, we evaluate progress against strategic objectives and KPIs, review the status of key initiatives, identify challenges, and recommend adjustments. Our role is to provide an outside perspective, maintain focus, and reinforce accountability, while the client’s leadership team remains responsible for driving execution within the organization.

We become an active strategic partner, working closely with leadership and functional teams through weekly working sessions. Our involvement includes direct follow-up with initiative owners, monitoring progress, addressing obstacles, and helping teams maintain accountability and advance strategic priorities. Beyond execution, we work with leadership to intentionally strengthen organizational culture and integrate BaaM, connecting the organization’s greater purpose to leadership decisions, everyday behaviors, and the way people work together.

This package includes the same deep strategic involvement as Partnership, with weekly working sessions, active follow-up, execution support, and integration of BaaM. In addition, we bring Rojo032’s broader creative capabilities into the partnership to help express the organization’s strategy, purpose, and culture through its brand and the experiences it creates. These services are coordinated within an agreed scope, creating a stronger connection between what the organization stands for and how it presents itself to the world.
