The Skyplace Story
Mexican business owner Mr. Pablo Hoyos created a plan to develop a conglomerate of premium aviation services located all under one roof. The idea was to provide upper-class Mexican customers with high-quality private air services.
How do you transform an old, dull 75,000 square foot hangar into a modern facility? Well, it’s not a particularly easy task. Especially if the new facility would offer a conglomerate of services such as a fully-equipped FIS, MRO, FBO, advanced training, aircraft accessories, and a luxurious VIP jet club, all housed under one roof.
What we did
Rojo 032 presented a streamlined new logo along with a complete branding package that included a dynamic airflow design for the main hangar. Our team also took on the challenge of materializing the ideas, manufacturing signs, and installing all signage to the new building. The dramatic blue, white, and grey waves are inviting to the company’s high-end clients. Before, the building was camouflaged by a worn out brown exterior but has now been replaced by a dramatic rich cerulean blue, making it stand out on the San Antonio International Airport landscape.
In words of Mr. Pablo Hoyos, President & CEO of San Antonio Skyplace Center: “One of the best decisions we’ve made so far is hiring Rojo 032 for the branding and graphic design of our facilities. They have done a fantastic job and we are noticeably gaining brand recognition. Skyplace Center is soaring to new heights.”
